Both times I came in to schedule appointments, but ended up becoming a walk-in. Alex Mishler is imaginatively talented. Shop is clean and professional as always. Does some clean American traditional. Got my nostril pierced here a few months ago, the place was very clean and the staff was polite. I just feel like the aftercare I was given for my piercing was completely wrong.
I decided to go back to the shop and ask Chaz if she would fix it for me. I was pretty embarrassed but I knew I needed to get it fixed.She took care of it, no charge. I'm very stingy with giving any 5-star ratings but they deserve it. They will be my go-to if I spontaneously decide to get any other piercings or a tattoo.

My sister would have lost her deposit if she chose not to get her tattoo that day so she felt pressured and was not happy with her tattoo. Shop had good reviews and was nearby where we live so we came here. I can't speak for the tattoo artists.

In this business it's all about your clientele and them passing on your name and how you get business. I would not come back or refer her. Perhaps crack a smile and act like you like your job.

I even showed up 15 minutes early so I knew I wasn’t late. Horrible customer service and they clearly don’t even care about keeping their appointment times with their clients. Will never return to this place ever again.
I have had five tattoos done over 20 years and he is worth every penny. My husband who does not like or care for any tattoos any way, shape or form actually thinks it is the classiest tattoo he has ever seen. I highly recommend the entire shop for their great work on both tattoos and body piercing as well.
She took the care and time to make sure I was happy with my piercings and aftercare. She made me feel comfortable, was very professional & quick. My sister came and got her tattoo here. She wanted it smaller and the artist said that he, nor anyone se would go smaller on her tatto. I went somewhere else and mine is smaller and just what i wanted. So now my sister has to invest more to get it fixed. If they prefer not to do small tattoos they should say so.
The first time I stepped foot in Bright Ideas, was on a whim. I was getting a tattoo with a friend from out of town and we needed something close and available . Most recently, I got a half sleeve and I basically just told him what I wanted and let him run with it. The colors are vibrant, the lines are clean, and it's just really outstanding work. He has turned me into an absolute snob and I refuse to let anyone else tattoo me. Decided to come here to finish up my sleeve after not having a pleasant time at another shop.
Arianna got us right in since I called in advance and she was so attentive and friendly. She even helped me pick which jewelry I should go ... Anytime someone asks for a recommendation on a great tattoo shop, I always point them here! I've been getting tattoos at Bright Ideas since I was 19. I am now 27 with alot of great pieces. Turning 9 and getting your ears pierced is a right of passage in our family...today I brought my daughter in and the experience did not disappoint!
My daughter went to make an appointment to get a tattoo. When she was asked to make an appointment she was rude and acted as if we were bothering her.
Rick seamed to be a nice guy with real skills. Walked in and waited until someone came and asked what I was there for. I told them I was there for a nose piercing and I was waiting for my sister in law to be there.
