Bright Ideas Tattoo and Piercing Avondale, AZ
Well we had called before and she said it'd be 25$, okay cool. Idk if she was having a bad day or what her deal was, but it definitely was not great customer service on her end. Like why not get a basic one if you're just going to hide it right? Total comes out to 45, cus of upgraded piercing. No problem, just the way they went about it, was sneaky to us. Just be upfront about prices next time, and if a customer wants a basic one, then just give it to them ya know?!!!
Their piercer is phenomenal, she understands anatomy, and is APP certified. She seriously and legitimately educates herself and her clients. So if you want to pay for professionalism and personal improvement, go to Bright Ideas. If you want to fool around and leave a shop uglier than you were when you came in, check out the competition.

The shop is extremely clean as well. I went in to ask about getting a tattoo and was able to set up an appointment for a very reasonable amount of time later. I told my artist what I was thinking and he exceeded my expectations with the art he created for me. I love his work and definitely will be back to have more work done. I definitely recommend this place.
I got tattooed here a while back by Ron and it was fantastic. He's ultra friendly and a genuinely nice guy in addition to being a high caliber artist. I can say the same for all of the other guys that work there as well. A real crew of effing sweethearts with a boatload of talent.

Lots of space, not crowded, clean, sterile, everyone is so friendly and there is plenty of waiting area. Rick is such a great guy and genuinely cares about his staff and his ... I went in to ask about getting a tattoo and was able to set up an appointment for a very reasonable amount o... It's clean, everyone is friendly, and they won't let you walk out of there with a bad tattoo. My last 4 tattoos have been at Bright Ideas from Alex and Mike.
Will be going very soon for my 5th one from them. I definitely recommend anyone I ever meet, that wants a tattoo, to Bright Ideas. I cant say anything about the tattooing aspect of this shop being that I've never got a tattoo here though I have seen sick work come out of this place. I will say the piercing service is fantastic.

Every time we go in staff extremely knowledgeable and informative on all aspect of whatever your getting done.
Few months ago, I decided that I wanted to get another tattoo for my mama . A lot of people recommended Bright Ideas! So, I took their advice and made an appointment. I called in a few days in advance and made an appointment with Mike. I walked in and I was very nicely greeted, coincidently by Mike so I didn't have to ask for him.
I don't recommend this place, and will not be going back for the simple fact of crappy service. If you're having a bad day, just go home dude. Don't take it out on customers. This was her first time experience for this and I would've just like for it to have been better since we are spending our money there. So before anyone goes and gets a piercing this weekend from bright ideas let me tell you, the work is good. I called ahead asked the price some guy said $35 I was okay with that knowing there's a spot at desert sky mall that does it for $15, I went.
Rick seamed to be a nice guy with real skills. Walked in and waited until someone came and asked what I was there for. I told them I was there for a nose piercing and I was waiting for my sister in law to be there.
I have had five tattoos done over 20 years and he is worth every penny. My husband who does not like or care for any tattoos any way, shape or form actually thinks it is the classiest tattoo he has ever seen. I highly recommend the entire shop for their great work on both tattoos and body piercing as well.
